The party for the kidlet is this Saturday at 4.. They have now put a 30% chance of t-storms int he late afternoon for Saturday, Sunday and Monday.... I have a slip n slide and water balloons planned along with make your own ice cream sundae's and general mayhem of an 8yo party.
GAH!!!!! I have been waylaid with a migraine headache for a day and a 1/2 and now have to clean the entire inside, plus do wash, cook regular meals and manage the bills and vacation stuff....GAHHHHHH
Not that the bills are anything new but we have an extra paycheck this month that I am trying very hard not to touch at all. The temptation is there but I want to leave it for our "oops" money.
The vacation isn't much but it is very much looked forward to, 3 1/2 days up in the mountains. Its a birthday party for our friends mom and we have been invited up to stay. We are staying at the cabin so its basically gas money thats needed. We will be leaving on a Thursday afternoon and coming home late Sunday. We might end up going up for a few more days in the fall again if we can take the kiddo out of school for a few days with out messing up his grades.
