My life is great but at the same time my life has some issues that are wholly mine that cause me stress.
I need to get back to a lot of things I was doing 2 months ago. Not sure why I stopped. Not sure why I am doing what I am doing. Maybe I need professional help.
Right now I need to do the following for one of my issues and it won't be hard for you to figure out what it is.
Pack breakfast and lunch for my work days. Not that hard to do - 2 days its breakfast and 2 days its lunch.
Leave my debit card at home when going out window shopping.
Stick to my shopping list, remember my bags and coupons.
My Health is the other issue. This past week I had to have my second cortisone shot in my foot, had to have my knee and back examined also. The knee was tied in with the foot issue and is getting better now that the foot feels better to walk on. My back - well I am on muscle relaxers to help with the pain- more of a burning pressure really- but I was informed I have a slight curving of the spine.
I am 36 and I am 30 pounds over weight.
I need to do the following for this issue.
Drink my water - I have been drinking to much green tea lately.
Eat right - I had cherries and strawberries today for a snack.
Journal/ track my food.
Exercise.
This last one I have also taken steps towards..... well pedals actually.

I have ridden with my son for 20-30 minutes the last 2 nights. Tonight's a night off as my rear hurts and its very muggy out. I haven't been on a bike in 20 years, think I need a padded seat.
I am also thinking about going for therapy and see if it helps but I am not sure what my issues is besides no control.
