I have it backwards

When I started trying to get into a better place for my health I thought I would have the most trouble with the gym being as I have quit with a trainer before. I figured since I have done weight watchers off and on for a few years and ever been successful at it twice.

I was wrong.

I am having more trouble with the eating part of getting in shape then getting and sticking to the gym. I get a day or two of good eating and then I have a snack attack or boredom sets in and I raid the frig.

I eat better on the days I am busy, I don't have time to grab junk and make better choices to fill me up. Yesterday wasn't bad, today has been better but I know its only because I have almost no junk food here in the house. Its not fair to deprive my family of the junk food, they are not the ones with the over eating problem. My husband besides smoking is healthy, he is maybe 5 lbs overweight. My son is actually under weight due to never sitting still and not eating junk ( i wish he ate more fruit or veggies but we are working on it)

I am hoping that as I get a little bit more comfortable with the gym I can start working on the eating.
